The Light That Travels.

The light that travels from your face to your eyes
I love them, but I love more the darkness and the sighs.
In you I see, that the nights are mine, and the stars are yours,
with my naked hands I reach out for you,
I look into your eyes, as I kiss your lips,
where I find shelter in your arms, like never before...
secretly and with pride,
for am that stranger that you won't open up to,
I've asked you time, and time again, what's up with you,
I too have feelings when I kiss you in the dark,
but you just take give nothing in return,
yes my shirt's always missing a button or two,
just a slight glance from you, I see in your eyes,
what you're thinking my love,
that was purposely intended, I look askance-ley at you...
that afternoon kiss, the madness of it.
the trance we're in, when our body's speak,
our minds our hands interlocking in a frenzy,
like that distant thunder scenting our wanderings, not far away.
I have for you, my lips my mouth my everything
which is more than you prepared, to give me,
the breeze of the strength, of your arms, leaves weak so weak,
as you scoop me up, that I want not to escape,
the whispers of the rain, the blue lightning that lights up your face,
the primitiveness of our embrace, as you and I stand there,
with flames in our minds our blood
the sweat intermingling with the rain, to a point of no return.
