Midnight Sky.
In the midnight sky, the moon shines high above
It leaves me full of wonder of what's to come next
When the moon's full, it play havoc with me with my senses
Am like a she-devil that prowls the streets, with hunger in her eyes
As she looks for the one the only one, but she'll never compromise
Until she spies the station whilst the whole world sleeps
And he's sitting there in the only compartment all alone, so lonely.
She moves quietly touching him only once, covering his eyes saying guess
She had, fever in her eyes fever in her blood fever in her soul.
And as he realised he took hold of her hands
When I looked into your eyes there were tears in mine
With the hunger and the sighs from the years that I've lost
I shouted in the wind I shouted in the rain
As the whispers between us through the evening through the night
In the silence of the night, I cried out my love..
To the winds in the mountains highs in the savannah's in the valleys
Then our hands did the talking with woes exclamations but never a full, stops
The phrases we've uttered are ours and ours alone, it'll never be told.
But as the midnight train passes, can not help but recall that "night our love"
In the midnight station whilst the full moon high above, playing tricks with my mind
When she was prowling the midnight streets, with hunger in her eyes.
